BEGINNING
A thought was born when I had my daughter. She was exclusively breastfed, and I remember the constant struggle of warming the milk from the fridge. It was such a process. Pour hot water in a bowl - how hot? Put the bottle in - did it get too warm now? Get out the thermometer.
Cool it down with cold water - what happened to the nutrients?
Did I heat them away? Panic.
A year later, I had my son. He was formula-fed from the start, and this was also a science. Fill the thermos with hot water, calculate how long the water would last, go out, the water in the thermos runs out, no microwave nearby, rush home before the next feeding time… and so on.
A SOLUTION
As a parent, I know that what truly matters is that things just work - smoothly, reliably, and without hassle. I set out to find a solution and came back empty-handed. Newly postpartum, with a colicky baby, and as a tired mom, I just wanted something I could count on. Something simple and safe that could help me always provide my baby with a warm bottle, no matter the situation. And that's when Babybenti was born - a solution created out of the need for simplicity, security, and efficiency.
But that journey wasn't easy. Our first version quickly showed its value, but it also became clear that there were improvements to be made. The battery life wasn’t enough.
Having to constantly recharge the bottle warmer became an unnecessary frustration.
It took many tests and changes to ensure that Babybenti could last long enough.
BABYBENTI
It wasn’t just about the battery life. We also wanted the heating to be even and precise.
So, we tested different heating technologies, fine-tuned the temperature control, and made sure it would be equally effective whether you’re warming water or breast milk.
And most importantly - we wanted it to be completely safe to use, no matter where you are.
After several prototypes and twelve months of testing - on trips and through the everyday chaos -
we finally arrived at: Babybenti.
Babybenti became more than just a bottle warmer for me. It gave me peace of mind and security when I needed it the most!
